How to use ALISA.

Set up your accounts, learn where things live, and fix the common snags. No sign-in needed.

Getting started

01

Create your account

Sign up or sign in and finish your profile. Choose whether ALISA may share data with its AI provider; AI features work once you agree. ALISA checks your plan before opening paid features.

02

Connect your email and calendar

In Settings, connect your Google or Microsoft account. If a connection expires or is turned off, reconnect it from the same place.

03

Choose what ALISA may read

For each inbox, keep using its current assistant label in Gmail or category in Outlook, even if it still says ARIA, or a rule for a sender, a domain or a Gmail search. Then choose whether a match covers just that message or its whole conversation. Adding a different label does not switch the inbox's selection.

04

Turn on notifications

Allow notifications in ALISA and in your device's settings. Each device needs both before alerts arrive.

Everyday use

Home and Agenda

Start with the latest Agenda, search across your connected accounts, see your calendar, and open anything waiting for your approval.

Email

Review the drafts ALISA prepared and the conversation they answer. Edit or redo a draft, and approve the send only when the recipients and words are right. If ALISA says a message is outside what you allowed, check that inbox's label, category, rules and conversation setting in Settings.

Calls

See your call history with summaries, transcripts and follow-ups. Follow the consent and recording laws where you live before recording or transcribing a call.

Chat and calendar

Ask ALISA to summarize, draft, plan or look something up. It only creates, moves or deletes an event when you ask it to, so check the final details.

Contacts

See each person's history and where each detail came from. Correct details, and review likely duplicates before you merge them.

When something isn't right

ALISA can't confirm my subscription

Tap Try again. Paid features stay closed until the check succeeds. A connection problem is not the same as a cancelled plan.

My inbox or calendar stopped updating

Open Settings, check the connection, and reconnect the same Google or Microsoft account.

ALISA says an email is outside what I allowed

Open Settings for that inbox and check its label or category, its rules, and the conversation setting. Saving them makes ALISA look again. If your provider has turned off access, reconnect the account.

Notifications don't arrive

Check that notifications are on both in ALISA and in your device's settings, then reopen the app so it can register again.

I forgot my password

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen, on the same device you will use to reset it. Open the link from ALISA before it expires.
